What is your occupation?

Hello everyone,
This question stems from me purchasing my first Mini in the near future and wondering if it may or may not be the right fit to use in my daily business of being a Realtor.

I have driven a Miata before while selling real estate and it was just fine!

I'm curious to see what other people are doing for a career while driving a Mini!

If a Miata worked for you why are you worrying about a Mini Cooper? I'm sorry but I can't see how any one in the real estate business can be successful driving a vehicle that doesn't accommodate at least the driver and two passengers.

I cook meth. I need a distributor.

I've been watching too much breaking bad lol. I am still in college while working two jobs. I work in an office for my fathers company and on Saturday and Sunday I am in retail. On my second MINI but currently for sale as I get into something else.

I work at the utility company til my modeling career takes off, they're mulling it over.
I've also dabbled in pet detective work, goldfish mostly, most cases go down the drain.

I'm self employed. Started my business out of my basement about 7 years ago now. I mainly work with candies, ice cream and popsicles. My main work vehicle is a van, but I seem to get more attention in the MINI. I may end up switching over if I can engineer a good freezer to fit and still have room.

Space Operator, USAF. Previous Weapons Loader. Couple other passing fancies before that in college, etc.

Possible contractor or GS in a few years if not picked up for an Aerospace Engineer sort of slot when I retire from the AF.

911 dispatcher since 1987. The fun of driving the MCS back & forth to work helps relieve the stress of the job!

Also a part-time keyboardist & lead vocalist for a Classic Rock cover band. I can fit everything I need for a gig in the MINI with a bit of effort, but it's usually just easier to borrow my wife's Kia Sorento.

Wife is a Realtor and she rarely takes clients in her car (VW Golf TDI). My mini is 4 door so she could borrow it for a potential showing but hasn't as of yet.

Me I am semi retired and play in the stock market with money earned from various businesses in the past. Legal ones, unlike the drug dealers above. LOL

I'm a financial advisor...

I agree with the above poster, I don't know how you're going to take clients with a MINI. I would look at a larger vehicle that can easily accommodate 4 people.

CFO of one of those evil oil companies. I use my Countryman as a daily driver in the moonscape that are the streets of Houston.

I have a Nissan 370Z Nismo that stays in the garage during the week.

I can't imagine a realtor with a MINI. Most clients won't appreciate it.

I'm a software engineer. The MINI isn't really relevant to that.

I'm new to Houston.. well not really anymore but have been fascinated with the oil industry, especially when I drive by them and look in awe.

For this thread, I work for Southwest Airlines and go to school full time for aerospace engineering... If all works out I will be flying something fast in the Navy soon.

I'm Director of Piano Services for a major university school of Music. Piano tech for 25 years, and YES< I can put a grand action in the back of the MCS with rear seats down and passenger seat tilted forward!
