NewMINIStuff???

I attempted to buy some things off their site but my order has been in "processing" for nearly a month and a half. Does anyone on here have a good contact for them? I've emailed them 4 times but I've gotten no response at all. I just want to know if they can't get the parts or not and if not I need my order canceled. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can provide.

I've purchased a few things from NewMiniStuff over the years, and have had wildly inconsistent communications. I've had some e-mails responded within hours and others never replied (until I resent). My experience is that if you don't get a response within 2 days, assume that your e-mail was missed, and you must resend it. This is consistent with comments I've seen from others. It is a small family run business and AFAIK one person (the owner Mike) handles all e-mails, and he isn't very thorough. I also suggest that you put something very specific in the email subject, such as "Status of my order for speaker adapter", which may get his attention more than a general subject. Sorry if this doesn't inspire confidence.

They are like Heinz ketchup....slow good.

Not too responsive to emails in the past, just have to be patient. Their products needing paint can take up to 2 months to receive but well worth it.

I have been using specific email titles ... hopefully the emails have just been "lost" to the internet. I'll continue sending emails then,

I had been told to not need the parts immediately when ordering from them because they were a bit slow, and I was prepared for that. This one of "processing" time is a bit ridiculous though. Like I said in the above comment, I guess I'll just keep sending emails in hope of a status change or an update on the item.

Thanks for the inputs everyone.
