I'm going to be getting my (R53) tinted (professionally), but looking of ways of getting around the dot matrix on the rear side windows. I've heard of using steel wool to cut them down, clear glue over dot matrix, tint to dm line, and vinyl over then, and using an adhession promoter for the tint over said area. Has anyone had any of these tricks done?
