transmission issues still

03 Cooper S R53

New transmission
New flywheel
New clutch
New throw out bearing
New shift cables
New shifter

Clutch still feels good. Shifter feels normal. Fresh transmission fluid. Last week before changing the shift cables it went in reverse perfectly and then nothing after shifting out of reverse. Sounds like it's just coming up short from getting into gear

Still won't shift into any gear though.... PLEASE HELP!!!! I'M GOING CRAZY!!!!! AND BROKE!!!

About the only thing left is the hydraulic parts....the master and slave....
Frankly they are a pain to bleed...and it does sound like your symptoms...
