Motoring Media Group Acquires North American Motoring from Internet Brands

Columbus, Ohio – April 1, 2014
In a surprise joint announcement by Nathan Freedenberg (CEO - Motoring Media Group(MMG)) and Robert Brisco (CEO – Internet Brands (IB)) it was announced that the Internet Brands website, North American Motoring, has been acquired by Motoring Media Group. Mr. Brisco said that he is glad to finally be rid of North American Motoring (NAM) with its petty bickering and poor management by the current unpaid staff. He went on to say that in hindsight Internet Brands should not have become involved with MINI owners, for they are certainly a strange lot.
*********************(***), the principle property of Motoring Media Group is run by MINI owner and enthusiast Nathan Freedenberg. The site is a spin off from North American Motoring due to Mr. Freedenberg’s dissatisfaction of management styles after NAM was sold to IB. Industry pundits said *** would not last a year. Proving these talking heads wrong, *** is about to celebrate the 5th anniversary of serving MINI owners around the world with the “Fun and Friendly MINI Community".
Mr. Freedenberg stated the short range plans are to merge the two websites together under the name and URL of MA-NA.US.
The deal is unique in that IB has financed 100% of the sale price on a handshake. Mr. Freedenberg planned to acquire MC2 Magazine next, but could not read the contract provided by Barry Brazier, the magazine’s publisher, due to the sheer number of typos, missed words and grammatical mistakes in the proposed contract supplied by MC2.
