Hey all I'm new to the Mini Scene!
So what do the example R56 mean..
I have a 2009 cooper s so the r and number mean?
I came from the Audi Family and I new those codes or generations and
engine #'s and the differences but I'm new to the Mini..

Since your familiar with Audi, the Audi A4 models are referred to B5, B6, B7 and currently the B5 (four generations based on VW B platform).
