100,000 Mile Maintence?

So my MINI has around 106,000 miles on it and this winter's been harsh. When the weather warms up, I really want to get some Maintence done, including:
-fuel filter
-spark plugs + wires
-air filter
-some sort of fuel treatment (fuel injector cleaner?)
-some kind of engine cleaner (I heard of some cleaner that can get rid of carbon buildup?)

What are your thoughts on this? If you have any fuel treatment or engine cleaner recommendations please let me know! Thanks!

go on youtube to watch lots of educational material about fuel treatments and engine cleaners. In my mind, they are too risky to use. Best to use premium oil and gas, and change regularly. Quick cure alls have been peddled forever and they never work.

You are suppose to have new spark plugs (not sure why you want to replace wires) and cabin air filter every 30K, air filter and serpentine belt every 60K. Isn't the fuel filter integrated into the fuel pump? I wouldn't touch that unless I was having problems.

I'd add transmission fluid to the list.
Also brake and clutch fluid.
Coolant.
A good inspection of everything you can get your eyes and hands on.

I'd also remove the engine treatment. Fuel system cleaner shouldn't hurt if it's a reputable product. (Like Techron or similar.)

One tip....
If the inspection1/2 schedule has been used ( 30,000 then 60,000miles,then do it again, again)and done the fliuds on the 36/48 month changes from DATE OF PRODUCTION, all that stuff has been done....
Plugs early seem to help some mini's....tranny fluid...in a stick, you know how well you shift it....
For cleaners...bg44k is the only stuff I put on a higher level than techron, but a "mechanic in a bottle" can only do so much....
A good long look at the car....looking for impending issues, like cracking cv boots or shrinking bushing and ball joints, rusted muffler hangers can be very useful...the dirty but overlooked bits that take a beating. Again...looked at if the inspections are done....
I just hate to hear a person toss $500 in parts at a car cause they were once told the 100,000 mile inspection was a "big deal"....it is on some cars....but on a mini, it is spread out...every 30,000 and 60,000 miles.....just like Toyoda does their PM's (preventive mantance)...... Usually it is cheaper and makes a car last longer if EVERYTHING is looked at routinely...so you can spot changes...and fix stuff...

P.S.
Fuel filter is ONLY integrated into the pumps on early gen1 cars....think 2002 vintage... They quickly changed to a more conventional style that can be changed on the r50/52/53...not sure about the ONE...but that was never shipped to North America....
