Has anyone ordered and received it from either store.minigpsmaps.com or www.shopminiusa.com ?

I had an order from the first website and they canceled it after 2 months because they cannot get the needed codes (this is a TomTom site). The second site does not promise 2014, but the "latest" maps.

I know dealerships like to charge labor, but I won't pay for that in addition to the excessive $225 map/code fee.
