Time for Gen 3 Section

With the announcement today of the new generation Mini it would seem it is time to start a Generation 3 Section.

This is a good idea, especially w/ changes that even exceed the R50/53 to R56 transition. Back then some people were justly and fairly concerned about the overall partitioning of MINI owners, but given the issues/questions that came up think the new section was warranted...as it is now.
