I'm looking myself and have a $$ limit so I'm finding that very few cars under 100K fit the bill. An '09 with 107K would probably have a $2K hit on average resale, IIHO. I assume this is a private sale, possibly with an OBO attached? You need to decide what you think is a good price for you. You also need to decide how many miles you plan on driving annually. If you are planning 50K, then this is not the car for you. If you're closer to 10K then you might consider it, figuring that at 10K or less per year, in 4 years the car would have 150K and that would average out to about 17K annually. As it is the car is averaging about 20K annually so the total mileage isn't THAT far off the mark.
