Does anybody know how mini financial programs will run throughout the rest of the year?

Do the current incentives/programs repeat towards the end of the year, or in February, or will I have to wait for these current incentives/programs to occur next August?

Also, is it true that the mini select financing rate can be determined by individual dealerships? One was giving me 1.9%, while two others said 2.9% was across the board with mini financial?
