Replacing the Pulley

There has been much chatter on changing the pulley in the Minis. Excuse my ignorance but could someone tell me what pulley u r talking about and the benefits of changing it. I am a soon to be owner of a countryman (being built) and was wondering if I should be considering the mod.

Tnx

Like he said. Since you have a Countryman changing pulleys doesn't apply.
