My first service experience with MINI

I'm sitting at the dealer right now. I came in because I couldn't get my Sirius to work. When I came in they were the most friendly group I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They let me know that my car was also due for a couple of services and were happy to get me right in and fix it all.
I didn't have an appointment and found this extraordinary.
I am thrilled so far with my MINI experience . From the part where I bought it, which IMO is usually grinding and painful, to my first dealings with the service dept. This group is very professional and pleasing to deal with.
Just for the record, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to state this on here or not, but I'm dealing with MINI if Ft. Myers in Florida. Top notch!

I think MINI NA and the dealers are working very hard to change the dealer/customer experience to a more positive one. Lets hope they keep it that way!

Glad to hear that Eddie and Claude are taking good care of you there. I always get my MINIs serviced there.

+1 for MINI of Fort Myers

One thing I noticed while there was that they are deep in Countrymans. Lots of them, a few clubbies and a lot of convertibles. After checking out their clubmans I even happier with mine. I didn't see any other combinations of color and options I liked compared to mine. They also have a lot of pacemans. I don't like the way they look as much personally.

Mini of fort myers is good only had one minor thing that i was unhappy about ...

Had planned on getting all parts and such thru them since they treated me well..went up on a saturday to pick up a quart of oil (live in naples) made it up there at 3 the parts guy was still there holding up the counter and told me he couldnt sell me a quart of oil...

Now i ve worked in parts and even well after we closed we would get our customers what they needed if we had it in stock ..

I ended up getting it at germain bmw which is much closer

2 years of ownership later and my dealership (Sewell, Plano Tx) has exceeded my expectations at every level. Josh Santana is an ace in the Service department. Excellent parts prices as well.

They have a real cool customer brunch the first Saturday of each month. I'll be there Saturday getting an oil change, hanging with cool motorers, eating breakfast, and brushing up on my DigDug skills!
