Anybody want to go camping in this demountable camper

My next camper.

This is a very, VERY RARE car! Probably the only one in the world!
It is a Euxton Caraboot. Based on a Mini Van this is a Camper that fits on the back and is de-mountable.
This car is located in the UK and has been partially stripped for restoration, only the van part has been dismantled, the caravan part is exactly the same as you see it in the pictures.
The van is very solid but has never been restored, the floors are good but it will need some panels changing to be perfect. it has various dents and scratches that were acquired while being stored in a barn for years (yes it really was a Barn Find!) The caravan could be mounted to any other Mini Van or Estate if you don't want to undertake the restoration of the van but there is a substantial frame that will need to be added to the car before the caravan can be mounted.
This whole package is priced very reasonably considering its rarity and can be shipped anywhere in the world.

I used a standard Mini Van as a camper van for 2 people in France for about 18 months. I used it to travel the length of the French Atlantic coast chasing surf and had several trips back to the UK. It spent a few months parked up on some of the best surf breaks in the world. I hand painted it with a red roof and white body and the "special car paint" ran like crazy.

If the front seats were folder forward there was enough room to sleep 2 in the back. It also has a gas 2 ring with grill burner mounted on the side of the van that folded down. The petrol tank leaked if you filled more than half way. They all leaked if I remember correctly.

During 18 months of ownership it needed only a new SU carb float valve which cost about half the cost of a baguette. Great car. Wish I could find a picture.
