Hello all does anyone know how to remove the heated seat mirror switch with out going under the shift area. The reason I can't access it that way is I installed the craven speed shift plate and it screws on from under the console. Any help would be great even a video and where I can find it thanks

 

You just have to pop it up. If you have something like a thin-bladed putty knife that you can slide under the edge without marring it, you can pop it loose.

Yes, it pops right out. If you remove the gear shift boot in front of it. You can sometimes get your fingers behind it and push up.
