Oil Change = Window not working
Oil Change = Window not working
Took my 2009 Hardtop into the Dealer today for an oil change today. They charged the battery as well. When I got in I noticed that the window on the driver side was rolled down a bit. I rolled it up and motored home. When I got back in my car later today I noticed that it was rolled down a bit. Rolled it up and motored. Getting in the car to come home same thing. Finally a figure out that the window was not "sealing" when I closed the door.
Did a test and the one touch roll down works but the one touch roll up does not. Passenger side window is fine.
Any thoughts on the why this would happen?
Even better, any tips to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need to have it repgrammed by the dealer.

You can try this:
Instructions
-
- 1 Insert the keys and turn on the ignition. It does not matter whether you start it or not.
- 2 Put the window all the way up (if you are able).
- 3 Press and hold the window switch in the up position for 10 or more seconds. Do this with the door closed.
- 4 Open the door to make sure the window drops as it should. Close the door to make sure it goes back up again.
- 1 Insert the keys and turn on the ignition. It does not matter whether you start it or not.
The one touch close on the driver's side is still not working
Got it!!!!!!! Roll window down and hold for 10 seconds. Roll window up and hold for 10 seconds. Voila!!!!! One touch close is reset!!!!
