Hi,

I'm getting the driving lamps installed on my mini next week.. ordering them from the dealer and I know there are three parts you need, one of them being the toggle switch for the inside.

On the dealer website, they have a basic one for all interior, and then other ones, with a "color line" (red, yellow, blue, grey, white.. etc).. for about $80 more.

I tried looking up pictures of a color line switch, but i'm having no luck.. does anyone have pictures or can someone explain how exactly the color switches are different?

The part you describe actually contains the section of dash and the switch. The colour line options would be for the dash padding in red, etc. If your car has a grey dash, you will probably want to also get the grey version.

The switch (push button) its self is black, if that is what you are asking. I just had those installed last month myself, Molly has the Dark Gray Color Line, standard on the 2008 MINI Cooper Hatchback Base. You can look in my Garage to see the dash pictures...Hope this helps!!
