Service interval conflict

I bought my new 2012 Clubman S in January of 2013. The OBC says service interval March 2013/7k. The car currently only has 3k on it. Obviously I'm not going to put 7 thousand miles on the car this month. I called the SA to see which number I should go with for my first service but they didn't have a clue. Said they'd get back to me. That was Monday. Still no word. Any of you experienced folks have any helpful input?

First, was this bought new? If do it should need nothing for at least 1 year or 10k miles. That's the only service, a yearly oil change.

If used, use the service program to see what it's telling you to do. Or better still take the key to the dealer and they will tell you.
