Replacing Rear-Left Wheel Arch Trim

Hello everyone!

I'm so sorry if I sound ridiculously stupid not knowing any of the terms ): I'm a newbie here and I just made an account today because of the following issue:

I own a 2009 Mini Cooper S
I scraped the rear-left wheel arch trim(?) and would like to get it replaced. I looked it up online and it looks like the part itself costs around $89.
...Do you think I could do it by myself?

Hm, how do you upload/attach a photo? Hope the picture appears!

I should probably create a separate thread for this question but
my speakers also make this buzzing sound..whether the radio is on or off. as if theres some wasp stuck inside the speaker. Has this ever occurred to you?

Thanks for reading!
I would appreciate it if you could help me out here (:
