Taking apart

Hey guys and girls. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to take apart all the silver or whatever color the interior peices are inside the car out. I plan on getting mine painted but dont really know how they come out or how to take them out. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, what panels in particular? Take pics or post diagrams please and someone can better help you out. Generally it is just pull, look for screws first but most stuff is friction clips.
