When then come to a speed bump, they'll have to hire 6 guys to lift it and carry it over the bump. Could they get that thing any lower ?

You'd think they'd be able to do that fairly easily. Use the Coupe/Roadster frame and reinforcements, stretch it and voila! They're already two seaters anyways, just make it a bit longer for the bed.

Who knows? I think it would sell, especially if it came in a base model for fleet sales. Their panel van version of the countryman(?) seems to be getting a lot of attention from the urban business types...why not a truck?

Holy crap...that is one of the ugliest cars I've ever seen. I think I threw up in my mouth a little.

I'd still give you a MINI wave if I saw you, but I may have to wash my hands after.

Don't you all remember the mini-truck days of the late 80's early 90's?

We should not allow this to ever happen again.

It's half decent looking, but my bigger problem with it is: What's the point? It really wouldn't be able to carry/haul much, has no trunk, only 2 seats and can't tow. So it loses the functionality of the MINI hatch, but doesn't gain much in true pick up truck utility.

I'm still waiting for the "MINI van"

Looks kinds like the original Subaru Brat. Instead of lowering it and adding all that plastic, I'd rather it get raised up a bit and show some meatier shoes.

Still wouldn't buy one.

i still think it looks bad-A. again, if she were Rear wheel drive, could be a neat drifter! and, i dont see why it would lose much of its "truck" ability... itd be more of a short bed truck is all

I'm thinking it's a rehash of the VW Rabbit pickup. One of the worst cars ever.

I have a Spyder roadster. They are about the same size. Not made by Mini but still cool.
