Went through the "Contact Us" on the web site. No response, not even an automated one to let me know they received it.

If you're not going to answer the question, why even give people the opportunity to ask?

I've tried logging on to the site several times in the past 24 hours and it's down "for maintenance". Maybe they are in a holding pattern with e-mail too.

It takes them a couple of days to get back to you. I have emailed them questions before and it took anywhere between 3 to 5 days. They are a large business and can't respond to every little question right away.
