Went through the "Contact Us" on the web site. No response, not even an automated one to let me know they received it.

If you're not going to answer the question, why even give people the opportunity to ask?

I've tried logging on to the site several times in the past 24 hours and it's down "for maintenance". Maybe they are in a holding pattern with e-mail too.

I hope your dealership responds well to you. I called them and made them do the leg work.

It takes them a couple of days to get back to you. I have emailed them questions before and it took anywhere between 3 to 5 days. They are a large business and can't respond to every little question right away.

I have emailed them before and received a phone call back within a few days.

Patience is a virtue.

There's only one guy in India, and he gets thousands of emails a day.

I heard that all Roadsters are being held at the Port awaiting some sort of EPA Certification.
