Extra Mile Service!

I think people are often quick to complain and slow to compliment and so I want to give a very hearty public thank you and show my appriciation to my local dealership East Bay Mini.

I took my MCS in last weekend for a 5000 mile oil change. It wasnt due per the onboard computer but I wanted it done and I didnt have time to do it myself so I went in ready to spend the $90 or so.

When they were done they told me that there was no charge, "oh and by the way we changed your front brake pads as well".
I questioned that because the computer had not indicated that brake service was needed and it seemed like based on mileage it was too soon.

He said that they were "close enough" to being needed so they changed the pads and sensors.

So anyway - THANK YOU for the service and for going the extra mile for me!
