Engine/Fuel Additives?

Just got my new to me 09 MCCS and wondering if I should run some kind of cleaner/additive to "clean out the pipes", so to speak. What, if anything, would be recommended? It's obvious to me that the previous owner only changed the oil when the car told her to do so, and who knows what quality of petrol she was using.

Throw a bottle of Chevron with Techron fuel system cleaner in there once in a blue moon. Otherwise, super unleaded and enjoy the drive!

If the previous owner didn't change the oil frequently, you'll want to be sure you really stay on top of it. There seems to be a lot of evidence that infrequent oil changes are bad mojo for these cars.

Seafoam is what I use. I put a full can in my gas tank every few thousand miles, especially now that my MINI is getting up there in the miles. (almost 88k)

I just put a bottle of AMSoil's "P.I." in our Sequoia, and it made a BIG difference (based off butt dyno and MPG calcs, no scientific wizardary here). My mother in law used it in her 09' MCS, and she says its an entirely different car. My wife, who rides with her everyday, backs this claim up.

I plan on running it through once I get my 07' MCS out of the body shop next week.
