Waving in Princeton
Waving in Princeton
After a great rally that ended at Water front park in Trenton, NJ my wife and I went for a side trip to Princeton. I saw several minis but no one waved back. What's up with that. I guess they were too cool for me. Oh well.
I took a road trip this weekend. I didn't get a wave, but I noticed a yellow MINI while driving through Freemont, OH that was 2 cars behind me. He pulled into the right lane, passed the car between us, and merged back in and followed there for a few miles, until his exit came up.
Got a wave from a blue CM with roof rack today and I waved back too. Once in a while we run into a mini driver that has no idea why we wave at them. They got their car as a commuter, etc.
Anyway, there are some great resources in the mini lounge about mini and history as well as the interior design scheme.
Do wave when you are in Princeton and I will def. wave back.

the wave
I am 60 yo and when owning my 912's and 911's we used to hit the brights.
Things have changed. Oh well, I still like my Mini and will continue enjoying driving it and doing the runs with "REME".
