Mini withdrawal

Bah stupid business trips keep me from driving the Mini. Going through withdrawals; shakes, listlessness, depressed mood

Do you go through Mini driving withdrawal when traveling?

Before I moved out here to Vegas, I was here with family over Christmas.
I missed my MINI, but then I saw tons of MINI's out here. I was missing my baby in a bad way!
Of course, I've had practice. I've had some major repairs since I got "Bernie" last June, so I've been without her for weeks at a time.
Funny how after you become a MINI owner, nothing else gives you the same feeling!

Well I can't say MINI specific other than one time but, after 3 deployments it does not get any easier not driving for a 6 or more month period.

My MINI has been in storage for 3 months now, while we'r shooting a movie in Atlanta. I'm counting the days till I can take off the cover, perform a service, and pour the coals to it this summer. Not looking forward to storing it again while shooting another film this fall (6 months).

I definately miss my MINI. I'm currently away on business living out of a hotel...driving a rental; Land Yacht (Chrysler 200) which is about 3.6 times larger than my MINI and about the same percentage less fun.

I just have to hold out for four more weeks..................

At least you've got an import (from detroit) for a rental! Every time I see a Chrysler now I say to my girlfriend "damned imports!"
