Bike rack experiences and suggestions.

Anyone have experience with this bike rack they can give me feedback on? Seems a little pricey. I really want to install a 2" hitch on the mini and use a Kuat NV rack (used on my mini van) but I have not found a hitch install that allows for easy install and removal. I will use this a few times a week. 2009 JCW hardtop.
