AutoPlates ( http://www.autoplates.com/ ) did me really well.
They were the fastest in turn-around time and great service.

As for the "platypus plate" mount; there's several to choose from.
Search around for your preferred vendor and price range.

I do, however my state issued plate and up-to-date tabs / registration are on me at all times.
And the rear state issue plate is hung to be visible (just not in this photo) when driving.

So your euro plate number matches your real colorado plate number or no? can you post a pic of what you run and how you have your real plate mounted when out and about? looks great

Here's where I got mine >LINK< never been stopped for having it, and only stopped 2 times in 12 years of driving without a front plate. Turn around is quick and quality is great. (No peeling or chips after being on my car for 2 years of driving it)

Corey if you're interested, I have a brand new Cravenspeed license plate mount that hooks on to the tow hook. I'll sell for $45. They're $60.00 plus shipping new. I only test mounted it and have not used it on the road. I'm here in Colorado Spring right off Dublin and powers so it'll save you a good $35.00 to pick up locally and discounted. Only reason I'm selling is I decided to use my hide away plate holder.

I lived in Louisville, KY for a little bit before moving here and there were lots of amazing tail of the dragon-like back roads there hidden under thick trees. It was a blast to drive in my S2000. Louisville is nice especially for modders. They got rid of smog checks entirely a few years ago. No front plates and they don't care if you don't have a muffler...lol

I've lived here in the springs for a little over a year and really need to explore. I need to find some good twisties to get the MINI some exercise.

west on 24 up to Woodland park, then the loop around to cripple creek and back is always fun, especially in the fall. North on 105 (i think) out of monument up thru sedalia castle rock to denver is a good one too. Lots of fun twisties west out of denver too.

You need to go up to Estes park! Talk about the best driving ever! Switch backs and open roads all the way up and at decent speeds(never any state patrol) I love it daytime and night time lots of stuff to do and see as well! And great for taking photoshoots!!!! Lakes rivers etc!

We drove through last month going to and from southern California. Unfortunately we had the Jeep Commander, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the roads. It is nice up there but quite a drive from the springs. Hoping to find something nearby that I can get to at a whim.
