Has anyone ever done any business with this company or the sister company called FASTMINI.net??

They also have several other websites that deal with Subaru and other cars, FASTWRX.Com.

I would appreciate any experiences that others have had with these guys

Thanks.

Mach V is well regarded among the members of the DC area Mini community. They have worked on my car.

I highly recommend Mach V. Dan and crew have worked on my MINI several times and I have been more than satisfied. To date, they have repaired an exhaust hole, new engine mounts, installed struts and an alignment. Their cost is also reasonable for the area. Living in Laurel I looked to see if I could find a place closer that could install the struts. One place quoted me 650 dollars just to install the struts (no alignment). This is far from reasonable and made it worth the drive. They get my business even if I have to fight traffic to get back to Laurel.

They also visit this forum.

Hi PatM!

We're just ONE company, but we do have three web sites. The one for MINI owners is FastMINI.net. We have FastWRX.com for Subaru people. MachV.com is the original one, and that serves...everything else. Turbo BMWs, turbo Mitsubishis.

We're a full-service shop in Sterling, VA, with a retail showroom and a service and installation facility. Come by if you're in the area. We're friendly!

That's our install shop. We happened to have two blue Cooper S cars in that day!

Thanks to the previous posters for their votes of confidence.

Thanks Dan. I appreciate your posting. I looked and found a couple of threads where some folks were using or have used your dyno. Your shop looks nice!

If I'm ever in the area i will stop by for sure. That would make for a nice drive now wouldn't it?

Actually Dan we have talked (and emailed) a few times of late. I'm working with you on some wheels for my JCW Coupe. You've been very helpful and professional and I appreciate that. I think we have some business coming up in the near future and I look forward to working with you.

Regards,

Pat

Just wanted to reach out and say thanks again to Mach V! Today I took the MINI in for what should have been a routine swap of the sway bar bushings but teh vendor that I bought the bushings off of (the same that sold me the bar) sent me the wrong size. Mach V dug into their stock and managed to find a set that would work with my bar getting me back on the road with a smooth ride.

I've said it before, but if you are in the DC area, they are the place to go. Thanks guys!
