yeah 400 hp. that things a killer and the awesome part is that i recognize most of the parts on there so its not one of those super secret how did they do it thing. this is very realistic for a person with deep pockets. or money to spend over time

I want to see the video where they talk about the blown piston(s) as a result of running so much boost with NOS on on otherwise stock R56 engine...

It would be interesting to see how the transmission holds up with that much horsepower....after seeing that second video i get the feeling that guy doesnt really "drive" his cars..it looks like the stereotypical garage queens...I hope not but just the sense I got.

 

Based on that garage I don't think the guy has any worries about blowing out the motor and/or tranny on his Mini. Looks like he bought it with spare change.

I'd be surprised though if that Mini lasted for any amount of time with only those engine mods and nothing else done to support the added power.

 

yeah. i was wonder why that engine was soo stock.they didnt even replace the stock pipes. im hoping they were just starting their mod process

I have been reading about this Mini lately and it seems to be a really nice looking car. I understand everyone saying that this Mini wouldnt last long or the pistons are gunna blow but I think its all show. Like someone said unfortunately this is going to sit in the garage driven every time he wants to do a rally and never use the nitrous on the car. Its a beautiful car and if I ever had half the money this guy does id do something similar to my Mini and have it as a side car, Im jealous LOL !!

 

Nice car but I do believe the final version of The Widow Maker would make this car shake in its booties.

I think he might be talking about the Porsche GT2 which is sometimes called the widow maker.

 

No, Widow Maker is a 05 MCS built for Brian White by Hubie Fuh in So Calif. It has the best of everything and last I heard it was sporting over 500whp. The car was for sale a couple of years ago but because it was changed over to turbo it was just about impossible to get licensed in my state. Eurotuner did a article on the car. Like the article says, "It's the last car you want to deal with on the street"!!!

 

Sexy. Even if it is mostly a garage queen, I still respect the work that has gone into the car. I'm more 'hands on' with my cars, I never bring my cars to shops for most work, I do it myself. I hope to do something similar when Jack is paid off (and I get another car as a daily.) Then, with 150,000+ on the clock, it'll be time to build Jack up as a project. My boyfriend builds DSMs and EVOs, so we're going to tinker with my Mini. But for the next 54 months, it has to get me from A to B reliably, so under the hood modding will be minimum.

 

I love the Evil Mini because its sooooo bad *** looking ... Hey any link to articles or pictures of the "window maker" Mini ?? I am highly interested in reading about this Mini and would love to see a picture but when I google it nothing comes up ... thanks ...
