Very nice, how did you handle the mounts and wiring?

I am also curious as to how easily mounting and wiring everything up was.

It is a very easy install. The brackets are from VIP customs in Arizona and the PIAA 540 light kit comes with a wiring harness all you do is install brackets ,bolt on lights and cut wiring harness to fit.The switch provided works very well and no need to drill a hole in the dash to mount the switch.I guess the hardest part is cutting the grill and its not all that hard as VIP customs provides a templet that you use to mark and cut the grill. Really guys it is very easy. Here is a photo of the brackets installed. And the price for everything was $263.99....

Had my driving lights for a couple of days now and i had them wired to a switch that i could turn on and off without having the high beams on.Well that got old having to mess around turning them off and on all the time so i rewired them to come on with the high beams. Now it's no work at all and i really only use them when the high beams are on anyway, now i am legal.

That's my plan as well once I order mine and installing them. Might end up using a switch to "enable" them for when I use the highs but haven't decided if I want to put that much effort into it!

Do the light guards come off? I was looking into Piaa 525's but could'nt find any photos of them without the plastic guards.

The stone guards can be removed very easily, I like the look ether way. I guess it depends what mood you are in, or how aggressive you feel. It's amazing how something that small can change the look of our cars..
