Headlight lens

We have all seen it, even on the finest of BMW's
The fogging of the Headlight lens.
This absolutely tells the age of the car it is attached to.
So, what is the answer?
Why can't you just replace the outer lens?
The fogging seems to be starting from the inside.
I have the Xenon Headlights and would like a quick and easy fix, not a $500.00 day of pulling apart the Mini...

Has anyone figured out the answer?

I used this on my 1999 Taco. http://www.amazon.com/3M-Headlight-L...5669140&sr=8-1

It's good as new!

So now, after every wash, I apply Plexus on the headlight as well to protect it.

Looks like a great product! Mine seems to be fogging from the inside, but this product should reduce the progression of fogging and give the lights a better (More like new) appearance.
