Yet another, perhaps more graphic, reason to check your car THOROUGHLY before leaving the garage! Sorry, but your buddy oughta be more carefuL!

(and no, I'm not friggin' defending the tech on this one either!)

 

Update: Stopped by Hendrick MINI yesterday and talked to a couple managers about my issue and they apologized and said that they would look more into the problem. Just got the call from them, they said since the technician has been there for so long and is the top tech that they basically are not going to do anything but put what happened in his personal file and keep an try to make sure that it doesn't happen again... One thing is for sure it definitely wont happen to my car again because they are never touching it again.

If any of you take your car to Hendrick MINI make sure that you document the mileage before you drop it off and make sure you look everything over when you get it back because the guy that joyrode in my car is still working there....

 

I'm still sorry you had the bad experience, but I will still be taking my car to Hendrick. Next week in fact. Still the best dealer imo. Flow is very good also and that might be a good place for you to go. Just enjoy your MINI.

 

Still a great dealer who I've been VERY happy with and plan to continue going there.
