Just to add a bit to my earlier comment about starting off with the middle setting... My JCW came with the sport suspension then I went to the JCW suspension and ultimately did not like the rear sway bar in that setup so I have the H-Sport 25.5mm hollow bar installed (acts like a solid 22.5 bar.) Its always been on the softest setting and I feel that its the best setting for me and how I drive my car.

 

Thanks for the detailed reply Zephyr. For an apartment dweller with no tools that sounds like a challenge, but I may have friends who can help me out. I'll consider starting out conservatively.

 

Thanks Onefish2, is the softest setting on the hollow 25.5 bar comparable to the stiffest on the 19mm?
