Where can one purchase driving lights for a Mini?

Where can one purchase driving lights for a Mini - I know I can get them from the dealer but what about some aftermarket brands that are nicely made? Thanks...

Lots of choices; Hella, PIAA, etc. all make quality lights that you can put on your Mini. I have Hella 500s now but I think they may a little too big for my tastes. If you want something similar to the oem size you can get 5" Wipac lights from several sources. (I have a set of Wipacs on order to replace my Hellas.) You will usually have to buy the brackets separately or fab your own.

as said, there are many companies that make good lights: Hella, PIAA, Lucas

secret is getting a good mount. I know that for GEN1 there WERE MINI specific kits from Hella that included a copy of the factory bracket, and there were the factory brackets availalble w/out lights so you could attach anything or you could get light bars from various vendors.

I only know of one alternate bracket for the GEN2

there's probably others, but this is the only one I know of. Or if you have some basic metal working skills and tools you might be able to fabricate something on your own.....
