Need advice canceling outrageous extended warranty

I bought my used Mini about a month ago at a Ford dealership and they managed to sucker me in to buying a 3 year extended warranty for $2500 which I added to the financing.

I am feeling a lot of anxiety about it and just want my money back.
The warranty is with CNA but when I contact their website number they say to contact the dealer where you purchased the contract.

Due to a few other issues with the dealership I am not on good speaking terms with them.

So I would like to know what are my rights and can I expect to get my money back. I bought the car on 12/18.

Speaking terms or not You are most likely going to have to speak to the dealership unless of course you want to hire an attorney to speak for you. In any case you need to read the fine print in the contract for any right to terminate and what options might be there. Don't wait around to long to act because some might have a time line for changing your mind. You did sign and agree with the contract. Advice from an attorney would be good.

Good luck!

PS: Please note that I am not an attorney but I did stay at a Notel Motel a few times...

I have a CNA national warranty too. Bought it with a 63k mile used MINI i bought. I agree. The website makes it seem pretty shady. But I have just recently filed a claim to fix my MINI via my nearest MINI dealership and they have approved it and are going to cover some electrical repairs (about $1100 worth of fix). I am only responsible for the $100 deductible. So ar ots veen a painless experience. If This goes alright, it will have already paid for a third of what I paid for it.
