Hi all,

Like most of you on this forum, I'm a big fan of the brand. I try to contribute to the my local MINI community as much as I can, but I think it would be great if I could join the ranks of MINI as a corporation.
Maybe the question has already been asked, but does anyone know how to approach the company for a job there?
Should I get in touch with BMW NA directly?
I uploaded my profile on their online career section but I feel like I'm talking to a wall...
In this scenario networking is king, so if anyone has an advice or can get me in touch with someone than can guide me in this process, please feel free to send me a PM or add to this thread.

MINI USA is a very, very small team within BMWNA. I don't recall the exact size, but there are probably 20 people or so that are exclusive to MINI that work in sales support, marketing, and in the field (regional reps). Most of the rest is shared with BMW (distribution, engineering, aftersales support, parts, warranty, etc.). I think a lot of positions get filled within the BMW organization, but other than that you should watch the careers site on bmwusa.com for relevant job postings.

Beside BMW NA job posting do you think there are other relevant places (online or offline) where I could network?
I'm thinking BMW regional chapters for instance.
