Ouch, $750 increase for a R55 S. I hope 1.9% financing and a free package is still around when I order my 2011 R55 S in March 2011.

$700 increase for a R56 MCS. Ouch indeed. As of 6:45 EST, configurator is still 2010...

I have around five configurations with pricing done a spreadsheet for a 2010 Clubman S. All I have to do for 2011 is change the prices and make minor tweeks. I'll purchase the configuration that I can afford at the time of the order. Who else is waiting for a 2011 Clubman here?

Did you get a pricing on those dim side mirrors? And the adaptives are $100?

Sirius Radio and HD radio is free for 2011, oh wait a minute they increased the price by 750!!! emmmm so where is my free stuff? I did configure very similar configuration on my last order and it turned out 32K with new pricing and same options plus some changes I believe I end up somewhere around 33.5K, Ouch...

I am waiting to see what an Ice Blue Clubman S will look like. If it looks bad, I'll order the White Silver. The sales tax for my area is 9.25%, so the Clubman will cost me $35.5k ouch

Why would you assume that there was going to be any "free stuff" in the 2011? If they add more standard equipment, then they're going to raise the base price to cover it. Luckily, the hd radio and sat radio are worth more than the $750 increase so you're coming out ahead

Sounds like there will be some interesting options (i.e. adaptive headlights). Hope you can order it soon and get out on the road.

I meant exactly what you said, they added some stuff and sure they are not free they so called "standard"

Actually mine is on order and estimating to get it by beginning of October.

UAL: I'm ordering a ClubbyS too. I hope to do it Monday night once I can get a firm grasp on option pricing. Still laboring over the leather/cloth seats versus going cloth or leatherette. Yay for another 24 hours

My MA here on the east coast told me if I order by Friday I should have it by the end of September/first week of October. Sccoorree Hoping MINI financing follows BMW and gives us 1.9% or *gasp* 0.9%. Not holding my breath though...

Gotcha. I hope they get the 2011 production going soon. I know how crazy I was with the waiting when I placed my order in the beginning of July. With the re-order you must really feel like its been an eternity. Sounds like you have a great setup on order...I have a 2010 MCS with the convenience, cold weather, premium and sport packages, brushed alloy interior and punch carbon leather.

For those of us that wouldn't have purchased subscription radio anyway, we certainly don't come out ahead. This is a very large price increase any way you look at it. It's not like MINI has been selling everything that they can produce this past year.

Yup, HD Radio/Sirius was never a chosen option for me. HD Radio, fine, throw that in because it's a change in a chip, antennae, and couple of other $2 parts. Big whoop. But jamming XM/Sirius down our throats is a bit much, my guess is BMW is making money off of the deal in the end. Grrr...

The only other major changes are the LED brake lights and some engine tuning. All of this for $750?

The price of the Clubman went up like $400 from 2009 to 2010. Now it is going up an additional $750. I guess BMW/MINI needs to recoup the money they used to do the redesign and stuff.

It will be a fun four to six week ride once you guys place your order. You will be totally obsessed with tracking your car from factory to dealer.

I helped my friend track her Clubman last year and it consumed all my mental energy.

there are lots of minor changes that they did which are worthwhile like redesigned insulation that eliminates road noise more and the darker sunroof and... but I agree that the 750 is too high...

Motoringfile suppose to come out with some wrap up on the pricing, it will be interesting to see what they say.

It sure it is fun if your order doesn't turn out to be a lemon at the end, for this one I cross fingers. Not to mention that I am in my third week.

My friend had to order her Clubman twice. She placed an order on July 2009. We tracked it all the way to the West Coast. When she went to pick up the car, the dealer started playing games and would not honor the negotiated price. This pissed her off, so she went and placed another order for a 2010 with a different dealer a week late. I did not join any support group for the second car because tracking the first car and making hundreds of post on the support group for like weeks drained me.

I have ridden in her Clubman S several times, and I really like the car. I like it so much that I have decided to get a Clubman S myself.

Don't want to go off topic but I also keeping the excitement down on this one specially that I know what is going to happen on every step and be able to forecast lead times on the steps

Ehhh...ok onehots2k, you got me there. I'd love to be able take off at a stop light and not think I'm losing control.

So my MA emailed me the itemized pricing on my order and many of you may already know the CW pkg is up by $250, the new stuff like dimming side mirrors are separate not part of any Pkg and it is $250. the xenon washers in my case are at no cost since I have the CW Pkg and the adaptive xenon is $100 in addition of the $500 regular xenon, the white turn signals where at no cost I guess they where included in the adaptive xenon option. everything else was pretty much the same.

You should double check on all of that. I was told that to add the auto-dim sides, you also need heated/powerfold sides and auto-dim rearview mirror, all of those being additional costs if not already picked out. The adaptive Xenons also require auto-lights/wipers, and they add on the white turn signals and power washers, again, if not already included. This makes these $100/$250 options close to $1000 if you don't have the other items

I guess the way it works is when you add the option, it requires you to have/add those other options. Did you order the sport package or the white turn signals separate?

This seems to be a totally unknown deal which is why I ask. I don't think I'm going to go for the adaptives, but it'd be nice to know because I do want the auto-dim side mirrors. Course...MINI could just put up the configuration online already
