Congrats to Savannah!

When I read "16 year old Girl Climbs Fourteener in MINI" I thought this thread had something to do with an arrest and a parked MINI.

 

Sorry about the goofy title. This Thread really stared out as "Pikes Peak MINI Challenge" by BLU-BY-U in the Club and Regional forums-MINI5280, but I wanted all of North American Motoring to know about Savannah Rickli and her run up Pikes peak.

 

I'm a little late to the party but...HELLLZYA! Congratulations Savannah and Rebecca!

 

What's Savannah Rickli doing for the 2012 PPIHC? We'll be there with my girlfriend driving the Subaru again. Wondering what the other women racers will be doing.

 

That's really cool. Also, I want those wheels.. can anyone tell me what they are?

 

I met Savannah at MTTS in Denver. She is cool as hell and she signed some pictures for me.

 

Looks like her plans are up in the air about the type of car. She says, " [my] plans for the 2012 season have not been finalized and I am not sure what car I will be driving", but all indications are that she plans to return for the 2012 Hill Climb.

 

She is building an Audi Quattro Coupe to run this year. Check her out at FingersCrossedRacing.com.

I've attended one of these, when Michelle Moulton drove.......... oh shoot.......... so long ago....... blue rally car............ really fast.
Last time I drove up in a rental Ford Astro van with 4WD, with grandma, mom, wife and kids. For some reason they didn't like the MINImal drift on a corner.
