British Racing Green, used by... Germans?
Our VIN numbers indicate German engineering.
Our VIN numbers indicate German factories.
Should the color code thus be German Racing Green?
You never see a green Audi or BMW...

I thought it was Bavarian racing green.

 

Germany's international racing color is silver, no greens allowed.

 

Never say never! Yes, they're rare, but my brother just sold his E46 BMW in Fern Green.

 

I've seen plenty of e36's in green

 

Update: Ford just sold Volvo to a Chinese firm, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

 

Actually seen and owned several dark green BMW's, it was the hottest color you could get on a 1996 328ci.

 

I just read an article the other day that suggested it should be Irish racing green.
