You're talking about dealer holdback. I'm getting my information from Edmunds, there isn't one for BMW/MINI and the invoice for BMW/MINI is what the dealer really paid. This is why it is really difficult to talk down the price with MINI.
If you're just looking for the dealer wholesale (invoice) cost you can get that from Edmunds. The dealer profit varies depending on how many options you choose. IIRC the dealer markup on a plain jane Copper is about $2000.

Does anybody have a ruff idea of how far below invoice the actual dealer price is?

There is $0 holdback on MINIs, so unless there are incentives in place (like the current option credit for Premium, Sport or Automatic) the dealer pays the invoice price for the car.
