ok so on Jan 30 I slipped on the ice and ruptured my spleen. The last month has pretty much been a nightmare and I have hardly even left my apartment, let alone been able to goto work. Needless to say, the payments I have recieved from my companys short term disabilitly insurance are less then half of my normal paycheck and not even close to enough to pay all of my bills. As a result, I contacted MINI Financial this morning and they were willing to defer my March payment. Yay for that.

In case any of you are wondering, they said they allow 2 deferments in any 12 month period and a total of 6 over the life of your loan.

Since people like to rip MINI/BMW for any/all of the "negative" stuff they do, I thought it only fair to post about something "positive".

thanks! I am getting there, one day at a time. The MINI hasnt moved all month so no miles and no payment balance each other out in my mind.

MFS was one of the best financial experiences Ive ever had. sure beats the FCU that I have my car financed thru now, whose computer system is still in the 20th century.
