Thats a club called PhillyMINI. I wasn't at this rally but I do believe it is from PhillyMINI In The Mountains 4. I did do this years rally and it was a blast. About 180 miles of nothing but twists and turns.

 

My (?) is how on earth did you find this...it's like a Needle in a Hay Stack??!!

I didn't think MINIs were slow. But this large group up front were just getting back on the road, thus holding up the group... here.

From what I remember it was a car with a mast or long pole mounted on top. One of the drivers up front knew what it was and alerted everone. The line had pulled over to let everyone bunch up after going thru a town if I remember correctly.
