VA cops will pull over ANY car with windows too dark. I have 35% and its plenty dark. with anything less then 20 you WILL get a ticket in VA

 

Yup!!! Even though I was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA, I changed my residency to Florida as soon as I got stationed there. While they still have stringent laws, they aren't ***** like in VA. I mean, when my Sidekick was a mudcrawler, I got pulled over in VA because my wheels stuck out too far from under the wheel well. It was only a half of an inch!!!!

To the OP, just go with the law unless you want to be a rebel. It's just easier to not have to deal with politics.

 

NOVA cops really are ****'s. I'm lucky I have MD tags but I work in Tysons so I'm there every day. They still try and get me for no front tag, tints, exhaust etc.....

A friend of mine was pulled over in Vienna in his Bently for having 35% tint. My other friend got a ticket in his S200 for 'being too low' when he had stock ride height. My cousin got a loud exhaust ticket in his stock M5. They basically do as they please. Good-ol-Virginie
