I don't like its too horrible. Looks like a luxury smart car. If it wasn't too expensive id consider it. But knowing Aston Martin, it will probably be the price of a well optioned 1 Series

If that Matchbox car the the price of a 2010 BMW 135i I'd shoot myself.

It's basically just a Toyota IQ...

I like the iQ. It has some very clever engineering. Fifth Gear likes it too.

Surely Aston-Martin must jest. While I think it looks better than the Smart, it would be like BMW bringing back the bubble car.

So far in the race to develop small upscale cars nothing comes close to a MINI. And I doubt there will be a better choice in all categories for a long time. The only thing these cars seem to have going for them is small. The MINI is unique in many other positive ways.

I think it looks alright. The little Aston rims are pretty cool. But the iQ manages to be cute, this thing, not so much.

Aygo TRD Makes Better Platform

It is not horrible, I think it would be better if they based it on the few inches bigger Toyota Aygo Crazy TRD concept. Here is a pic of Aygo TRD with driver Timo Glock:
