new 09, used 07 or wait for the 2010?
Okay, I'm new to the fourm and soon to be a mini owner. I've found a nice '07, but with the low interest rate, new is tempting.
so I'm on to the '09, However, not much left in inventory here in AZ. l'm really open to models, from coupe to clubman (first choice), now the dealer has located a Pepper white JCW...
Have you all found that there is little if any discount off the price on these cars when new? I think I'm getting fed a line here. The interest rate moves me up in car but since the 2010 is soon to be here, and if I can expect basically no discount, then maybe I should order the car exactly as I want it?
The lovely copper s 2007 model is a good buy, any pitfalls with this year I should prepare for? it has 38K mi and a manual.
dazed and confused...

Especially considering the finance 'deal' New would be the way to go.
While it is true that MINI's are usually sold at MSRP (or above, in some instances), you should be able to do better on inventory cars at the end of the year's run.
How much better is dependant on the amount of inventory and demand for the model.
Although the greatest difference between the '07 to the '09 (or '10) would be the 'one-touch' window lifts, the difference in warranty, maintenance support and residual value should be worth a lot.
