I got the birthday email like most of you here but for some reason I'm locked out of the owner lounge. I tried entering my VIN I called MINI USA to find out what the issue is & they ask me to contact financial services dept. I paid cash for my R53 (used) & there are no records with me being with FS, then I was told to re-register my account but it will not let me. MINI USA they doesn't know what the issue is & cannot help me.

I didn't get such an email, and nothing about my contact info has changed since I bought the car new in 2004. What does the email say?
