Niello MINI

Hi,

Ive been poking around the marketplace and ebay and have found some pretty nice deals on intakes, pulleys, exhausts, etc.

My mini has about 18k miles on it, and i have the extended warranty.

My question is, has anyone with modded cars successfully had warranty work done at Niello MINI?

I guess it would depend on the warranty issues vs the mod's but I've had good luck with both EastBay MINI and Niello for my warranty issues. Contact Hans Dinse at Neillo. His MINI is highly modded and is the Assistant Service Manager......Also a member of NAM and Redwood Empire MINI Enthusiasts.
Nice color choice......

Neillo may be OK now, haven't been back since Hans is on staff. In the past they were pretty by the book.

Whatever you do, avoid Mini of Concord like the plague. They just trashed the paint on my jet black car and have basically told me they are not responsible, but I can get an estimate from their body shop to fix it. Yeah, right.
