has anyone had a paintless dent repair i have a dent about the size of a pound coin near my rear ofside wheel arch

 

No, but I watched the 'Dent-Wizard' do several during a MINI 'Show'>>>

It was positively amazing, like watching a miracle and the results were perfect.

 

I have used paintless dent repair a few times before and have been happy with the results. Generally, you cannot tell that there was previously a dent there at all. Make sure the paint in that area is in good shape and has not flaked, otherwise it would not work well. They go in with tools from the underside (not painted) and gently push the dent back out. Sometimes, they have to make a hole to get to the spot.

Try your local yellow pages to see who does this in the UK.

 

I had about 250-300 small dents(I hate Hail) repaired on one of my old cars. Was very happy with the results, they missed a few(to be expected with so many) but otherwise could not tell.
