Once in the proper forum, there is a black bar about mid way down the page, and on the far right side there is a hyperlink "place an ad". You will then go through a 3 step process - I had to look for a few minutes to find it yesterday also.

Just to be clear - you sell stuff in the "Marketplace" now (listed on the left under "main menu") ... the old For Sale forums are just for archive info now and can't be posted too
